Our San Diego-based Client Support Coaches (CSCs) are extremely knowledgeable about our VetMatrix technology as well as internet marketing in general. Client Support Coaches are experts in our field and are eager to help our clients get the most out of their website and online marketing services.

The VetMatrix support staff is located in San Diego and is available Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm PST by phone. Our online support website, iSupport is available 24/7 and provides detailed explanations, videos, and tutorials on how to use the tools of your VetMatrix website. In addition, iSupport has a support ticket request system that allows you to categorize your request by topic and time stamps every ticket that is submitted. This ticketing system provides tracking capabilities for website modifications and enables us to monitor the quality, efficiency, and accountability of the customer support we provide. Our VetMatrix support coaches are provided the latest tools, resources, and technology to enable them to offer the best possible training to our clients. Every CSC has a high powered workstation complete with Dual 24” HD monitors to allow for multiple windows browsing. Remote access PC tools enable our CSCs to quickly access client computers and view what clients are seeing to fully solve any issues. Adobe and Microsoft software is also provided to each CSC to enable them to perform edits and meet the needs of our clients.
